Rug Cleaning Process

All of our cleaning is done on-site. The cleaning is done by hand and handled by a team of experts, including fourth- and fifth-generation family members. All rug cleanings start with an inspection; then, we de-sand it. Each rug is pre-washed using special spotting techniques followed by washing, rinsing, and wringing multiple times. No harsh chemicals are used in our washing process! Then we hang or dry flat the rug in our special low-humidity, positive-pressure dry room, where we can dry rugs in a matter of hours. To ensure you a thorough and clean rug, we will use a multiple-pass system and wash until the rug is completely clean.
